LAMINATED SAFETY GLASS
Laminated safety glass,high-intensity and ultra clear PVB film interlayers to be laminated between glass sheets.
Laminated safety glass considerably increases the strength level and anti-bandit performance of glass.Even in the event of heavy hit,PVB film interlayers will not be penetrated through and still keep glass together by holding the glass fragments in place to prevent glass break from scattering so it can effectively resist most phsical attack and avoid possible damage to displayed exhibits and hurt to museum staff.The laminated glass meets the internationally-accepted security criteria of safety glass-EN 356 Part 4A(the steel ball drop impact test-a 4.11kg solid steel ball to be dropped from 9 meters height onto laminated glass in a triangle for 3 times but no penetration through the galss,as well as the impact falling ball test- an axe hammer attack by a 2 kg head on a 900 mm long handle).

Wavelengths shorter than 400nm are called ultraviolet radiation and cannot be seen by eyes.Ultraviolet radiation has the shortest wavelengths bringing the most damaging effect.Wavelengths longer than 760nm are called infrared radiation which is also invisible but it accumulate heat.The PVB film interlayer inside laminated glass is able to filter more than 97% ultraviolet radiation and infrared radiation.Light transmittance for ultra clear laminated safety glass is over 97% and reflectivity of visible light between 400nm and 760nm is less than 1%.
FRAMELESS UV BONDING TECHNOLOGY
UV bonding is a process to framelessly bond glass panes
together with clear and neutral UV adhesive then cure the boning by dedicated UV lights or UV activator.Such a UV
glass bonding technology creates a clear and
sturdy glass display space with no bonding lines visible and
no any vision obstruction.The exposure of UV light (ray
spectrum 315-400nm) brings a flexible and stress-absorbing
bonding which is stronger than glass itself for enough load
bearing and totally free from mechanical fixings.The special advantage of this technology is easy and clean,invisible bonding joints,high stability and security,elegant edges and precise angularity.
HIGH TRANSPARENCY GLASS
Optiwhite glass with low iron content virtually eliminates the green hue inherent in ordinary standard glass.Low-reflective glass with dedicated anti-reflection coat decreases the light reflection into visitors' eyes,which brings the maximum light transmittance and no vision distortion.
